I am siroopwafel manufacturer. I need help for improving mouth taste of stroopwafel.
Just ad a bit of glycerin / glycerol . Makes taste smoother but fuller
Glyserol / Glyserin has been used in many sweet drinks like Benedictine , Bride tears , chartreuse , Brandy for better mouth feeling for more sensation of a fuller taste .
Is ferry helpful for many sweet liqueurs .
Also sweets , chocolates , pralines and fillings.

many recipe's of many kinds of wafel can be found on internet . the syrup are also many ways to produce . one way is You can begin with heating sugar until you have a brown caramel . Heat some water as 5 gr / l citric acid and ad the caramel . must be about 2,5 kg per liter . let ik cool for 45 min . and them let it simmer to thicken . cool down . ad some butter and bit of cinnamon .
cook for 45 min ! and simmer to thicken .
